Our bespoke designs bring nature to you by using natural elements and the highest quality materials and quietest of pumps. For large installations, automatic fill systems are available and on-site installation supervision is possible. Alternatively we can manage the complete installation and take responsibility from start to finish. Merging design and engineering whilst incorporating the motion and sound of water, we are able to produce water featuresand sculptures which will enhance any public or private building.
Using the very latest CAD/CAM systems we can go from design to manufacture of complex parts and assemblies within extremely competitive lead times. Prototypes and samples can be constructed and displayed for aesthetics and proved for structural integrity. In our large workshops equipped with the latest CNC Plasma Cutters, Bending and Rolling machines we can build and assemble very large structures prior to installation at the client’s premises or point of installation.
Excellent design is only part of the understanding required to create our sculptures - fluid dynamics, sound construction principles, engineering, glass manufacture, installation methodology and a range of other skills help to create the much admired designs that Darke Water Sculptures are proud to be associated with.
Through our water sculpture designs we combine natural and engineered elements to create dynamic and mesmerizing features. We are happy to offer detailed advice regarding the technical construction of the pieces at all stages. However the possible range and combination of materials is endless and we strive to work with the client to create pieces which stretch the boundaries of traditional design thereby achieving the effect that you as our client desire.
Just some of the materials that we use on a regular basis are 316 stainless steel, glass (in an array of different finishes), slate, copper, acrylic / perspex and marble. We are also able to offer the most up-to-date heat coloured and textured metals from Rimex Metals and an array of textured and kiln formed glass components from Saper Glass.
We aim to provide a full service to the customer that is professional and collaborative. All costing and lead times are discussed and agreed in advance. Attaining the needs and objectives of the client is our principal endeavour. We are in full compliance with all industry standards and public liability requirements and all our installation staff comply with current CSCS and SSSTS. We have detailed Health and Safety policies including method statements and risk assessments which can be inspected if required. |
